Register for Internet Banking

Once you have access to our Internet Banking service, you can also access our mobile banking app.

You can also call us on 0800 727 2265 from 7am until 9pm on Monday to Friday, or 10am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

Have we already sent you a temporary password?

If you’ve already spoken with us and received a temporary password, you’re all set. Just click the ‘Log in’ button at the top of the page and follow the prompts. If the password isn’t working, call us again on 0800 727 2265 and we’ll send you a new one.

Don’t have an SBS Bank account?

  • If you have an SBS Visa credit card but no SBS Bank account, please use this page instead to register for Internet Banking.
  • If you don’t have an SBS Bank account or credit card, please go to the Join Us page to get started.
You can find this six-digit number on your SBS statements or on the back of your SBS EFTPOS or credit card.
