Update: Covid19 - Change in Alert Levels
Following the announcement that New Zealand is moving to alert level 3 in Auckland and alert level 2 for the rest of the country we wanted to provide you with a quick update.
All of our 14 branches around the country will be operating at their usual hours. A list of our branches can be found here.
Social distancing of 2 metres will need to be followed throughout our branches. Please feel free to wear a mask if you would like to but you may need to remove it for identification purposes. Please also use the NZ Covid19 tracer app displayed in branch or the contact tracing register when you arrive at the branch. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you don’t visit our branches please.
Our Contact Centre is open as usual (weekdays from 7am – 9pm and weekends from 10am – 4pm). We may be experiencing higher call volumes than usual as we help our Members, so we thank you in advance for your patience.
