COVID19 - Change in Alert Levels (updated Wednesday 9 September)
Following the announcement that Auckland will remain at Alert Level 4 and the rest of the country will move to Alert Level 2 from 11:59pm on Tuesday, 7 September we wanted to provide you with a quick update.
From Wednesday 8 September all SBS branches will be open every weekday at their normal times.
- Invercargill: Open from 9am - 4:30pm
- Windsor: Open from 1pm - 4:30pm
- All Other Branches: Open from 9am - 3pm
Please remember that when visiting an SBS branch all public health orders must be followed, including the use of facemasks and 2 metre physical distancing.
While we have extended our branch opening hours, we still want to look after the health of our branch visitors and our team during Alert Level 2. So, if you can do your SBS banking any other way, please think about using that option rather than visiting a branch at this time. Thank you for considering the health and safety of others.
Contact Centre & Secure Message
Our Contact Centre will be open as usual (weekdays from 7am – 9pm). We expect to be experiencing higher call volumes than usual as we help our Members, so we thank you in advance for your patience. You can request a call back and we will work through those in chronological order. You can also send a Secure Message through Internet Banking.
Other ways to bank
We have a variety of options for other ways to bank include Internet banking, telephone banking, ATMs and contacting our helpful Contact Centre team on 0800 727 2265. If you would like to learn more about SBS Online Banking, we have a range of tools and how-to guides available on our website. Click here to find out more.
