Over the coming months, our team will be contacting our members by phone with an information request to confirm, and if necessary, update your account details. This helps us ensure your services run smoothly and comply with regulatory requirements. 

What to Expect 

  • Calls will come from our official SBS Bank phone numbers
  • We will ask you some questions to ensure we are talking to the right person
  • We will never ask for your passwords or full bank card details
  • We are looking to update the following information 
    - Mobile number 
    - Email address 
    - Communication preferences for marketing and promotions
