We have been made aware of some bank customers in New Zealand receiving phone calls from individuals impersonating bank staff by claiming to be from their bank’s fraud team. These individuals have been using names of staff that work at the bank in order to gain personal information for fraudulent purposes. If you have received a call of this nature, please contact us on 0800 727 2265.
