We would like to advise that a new SBS Bank Covid19/Vaccination Policy will come into effect on Monday 14 February for Members across all of our retail branches and physical locations.

We have not previously required proof of vaccination status from our Members, however from Monday 14 February we will require a Vaccine Pass or a Vaccination Certificate to be presented to our SBS team members for longer/more involved banking discussions (15 minutes or more).

We will not require Members to provide proof of vaccination status for shorter over-the-counter transactions of less than 15 minutes.

All team members who will be serving Members will be fully vaccinated.

We have made this decision after an in-depth consultation process with our team members to ensure that we can continue to look after the banking needs of all our Members and continue to keep our Members and team members safe.

For more information and Frequently Asked Questions please visit our website here.

For the latest Covid-19 updates and information on which traffic light level your local branch is currently at, please visit the Covid-19 page on our website. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
