**These rates are only available to residential investing lending over $100,000 and require a minimum of 40% equity. You must have an SBS Bank transactional account receiving payment of your primary source of income and one SBS insurance product. 

***These rates are available for new residential Lending with equity less than 40%.

****In the event of a default in payment on your loan and while the default continues you must pay interest at the Default Interest Rate on the overdue amount.
