Alison Whiteford

Alison began her career working in the agriculture sector in as a rural finance manager in 1994. She has been a prominent figure in the community, being an active member of local monitor farms as well as a Northern Rep' on the New Zealand Sheep Council. Alison values the importance of working alongside farmers, and understands it is very rarely a 'straight forward season' in the farming industry. Alison and Stewart are currently farming in Northland, along with their two teenagers.

Debbie has been involved in farming her whole life and, armed with a background in banking and accounting, has been running her own accountancy business. Debbie and her husband Ross have been dairy farming in the past and now own a dry stock farm grazing dairy heifers and rearing calves in Northland. She enjoys helping people put systems in place to help grow their business to its potential and customising financial packages to meet the needs of the agricultural sector. Outside of work, Debbie and Ross enjoy following and supporting their four children in their sporting pursuits and have put time into helping them grow into confident capable adults.
