Combination Loan
You can choose a fixed or floating rate and combine the advantages of both table loan and flexi loan options. We suggest this option if you already have a certain amount of equity in your home and would like a means to use it. You agree the term and amount of the table loan and then add extra flexibility with a flexi loan.
The benefits are:
