Ordering in Foreign Currency
Order Cut Off Times
If orders are made before 3pm week days then the courier will drop off the currency the next business day. If orders are received after 3pm then funds will not arrive for another business day (2 days).
Minimum Amount
The minimum amount that can be ordered is a NZD $50 equivalent - you can have more than one currency per order but the minimum is per currency and not per order.
Cancelled Orders
Orders can be cancelled before 3pm on the day they are placed without any impact.
Orders cancelled after 3pm on the day they are placed will have to be processed at a cash buy rate, so there will be loss for the customers.
SBS Bank will not be offering a 'buying foreign cash' facility.
